1. General
1.1. These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") constitute a public offer of the seller: sole proprietor (preduzetnik) MARINA ABRAMOVA PR IZDAVANJE ČASOPISA I PERIODIČNIH IZDANJA MARIKA ART SHOW BEOGRAD, registered in the Republic of Serbia, registration number (matični broj): 66848167, tax ID (PIB): 113470552, address: Koste Glavinića 10a, 11000 Beograd, Serbia (the "Seller"), addressed to any individual (the "Buyer") for the distance sale of goods via metafenix.space (the "Website").
1.2. By placing and paying for an order on the Website, the Buyer fully accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy (metafenix.space/privacy).

2. Product and price
2.1. The product is the "Phoenix" metaphorical associative cards deck: 78 cards, an instruction guide and a QR code giving access to interactive interpretations (the "Product"). The Product is not a medical device and does not constitute psychological or psychotherapeutic services.
2.2. Prices are listed on the Website in US dollars. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price of an already paid order cannot be changed.
2.3. Delivery costs are not included in the price and are paid separately unless stated otherwise on the Website.

3. Ordering and payment
3.1. Orders are placed through the Website cart with the Buyer's name, contact details and delivery address.
3.2. Payment is processed via PayPal. The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's card details.
3.3. The contract is concluded upon full payment of the order.

4. Delivery
4.1. Worldwide delivery is carried out by international postal or courier services to the address provided by the Buyer. Delivery times depend on the destination.
4.2. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the Product.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
5.1. Buyers residing in the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). Buyers from other countries may return the Product within 14 days of receipt, provided the Product is unused and in its original condition.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact metacards.phoenix@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned Product. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
5.3. If the Product arrives damaged or defective, the Buyer is entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Send photos and a description to metacards.phoenix@gmail.com.

6. Personal data
By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy (metafenix.space/privacy).

7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Results of using the Product are individual; it is intended for self-reflection and does not replace professional advice.
7.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the Buyer's country of residence.

8. How to withdraw from the contract (model withdrawal form)
